RETURNS POLICY

Beanie Babes Crochet will give a full refund as long as:

  • you make your request with 14 days of receiving the goods
  • you have not damaged it
  • it is in a resalable condition, e.g. the garment hasn't been stained or marked
  • you have proof of purchase, e.g. a receipt, e-receipt, delivery note or you have a 'your order is on its way' email or delivery note
  • you have a debit/credit card receipt relevant to your purchase

Your item is included in the Returns Policy. A refund will be sent within 14 days of receiving unwanted item.

Please note - I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are damaged or are not in a resalable quality.

If you do not have proof of purchase no refund, gift card or exchange will be offered.

If you paid by card and have your proof of purchase but don't have the card you paid with I can't offer you a refund, but I'll give you an exchange or a gift card for the same amount. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase Beanie Babes Crochet will give you a refund or exchange. You just need to make sure that you return your item within 14days of buying or receiving it in the post, and that you have proof of purchase, such as your receipt.

I'll put the money straight back onto the card you paid with and it should show in your account within 3-5 days. If you paid with a coupon, we'll put the money back onto that instead. If you're returning something because you don't want it (rather than because it's faulty) we must be able to resell it. That means that it should have its original tags on and shouldn't be damaged in any way. Damaged  items can include things like make-up stains or strong smells from perfumes.

Beanie Babes Crochet will not refund promotional, sales items or items beyond the 14 day notification limit. Beanie Babes Crochet will not refund items altered or repaired by the buyer.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. Those rights cover you for things like faulty items, or items that are different from how I described them. They also let you cancel orders. You can find more information about statutory rights from your local trading standards department or citizens advice bureau.
